What to Expect

An evening of:

  • Gentle, trauma-informed yoga

  • Healing sound bath

  • Nourishing tea

  • A space to grieve, soothe, and be held in community

This offering is for everyone, especially those grieving personal or collective loss, from Detroit and LA to Palestine, the Congo, Sudan, and beyond. Whether you carry the weight of displacement, violence, or burnout as a frontline worker, this space is for you.

We offer three tiers to make this gathering accessible:

✧ Can’t attend? You can still Donate a Seat or Contribute to the Fund

All proceeds go to Southwest Detroit Mutual Aid to support local families impacted by ICE.
