Our Mission

We provide somatic-based healing education for survivors of state violence and systemic trauma. Through movement, breathwork, nervous system education, and community care, we equip people with tools to reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their agency.

Healing is not an individual journey—it is collective, radical, and necessary.

Our Vision

To become a leading trauma-informed community center, providing mutual aid, transformative programs, and essential resources to support those most affected by systemic oppression and institutional harm.

Where we recognize the individual’s self-preservation as the collective’s preservation. Where we choose to practice the art of Love, peace, harmony, justice, and equality through mindfulness & self-discovery.

“The shadow work is done in the shadows. There is nothing glamourous about healing deep wounds and mending what was broken. It’s dark, it’s cloudy, and it’s painful, but the Sun awaits you. Ready to amplify your light as soon as you are.”
