Join educator and facilitator Adria Moses for a weekend of embodied learning designed for those who wish to create safer, more compassionate environments for practice.

Each workshop stands alone and offers tools to understand the nervous system, teach from awareness, and hold space through a trauma-informed lens.

DAY 1 — Foundations of a Trauma-Informed Approach

Saturday, November 15 · 2–5 PM

Begin your trauma-informed journey by exploring how safety, consent, and empowerment live in the body. Through discussion, somatic exploration, and reflection, we’ll examine how trauma impacts the nervous system and how to teach from a place of grounded awareness.

Register for Day 1 — $175

DAY 2 — Embodied Teaching & Practice Integration

Sunday, November 16 · 2–5 PM

Deepen your understanding through practice. This experiential session focuses on sequencing, cueing, co-regulation, and ethical adjustments. You’ll move, teach, and receive embodied feedback in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.

What People Are Saying

“I am able to lead yoga (and even boxing) classes with a better understanding of how trauma works and the ways I can create more safe, empowering and inclusive environments for anyone and everyone. Outside of a teaching role, I've noticed more awareness within myself as to how I perceived people, extending more grace and compassion.”

“Wow. Adria. I went into the immersion thinking I would learn more about yoga and tools I could use as a social worker, which is true. But I also unexpectedly found a lot of my own healing through this weekend. I’ve been recovering from an eating disorder and everything we touched on was huge for me. From the rest deck cards about perfectionism to emphasis on choice and listening to your body during practice to language that creates a safe environment… I feel more in tune with my own body after this weekend. I have a long way to go, but this weekend has given me tools in mending the disconnect from my body.”
